MTI Group joins the support of the educational initiative “Talent Hub”
The "Talent Hub" initiative is a free program for talented and motivated high school students who are deciding on their future profession in the coming year and want to gain practical knowledge and support directly from people who have already achieved success in Ukraine.
On September 15, the selection of 10th and 11th-grade students for the "Talent Hub" educational program started. The program was launched by the alumni of the "Responsible Leadership-22" program of the Aspen Institute Kyiv. The goal of the program is to help 10th and 11th-grade students determine their future profession and how to realize their boldest dreams. The learning process, based on the experience of successful speakers in their fields, the exchange of life advice and professional guidance, and mentorship, will be guaranteed to those who pass the selection and participate in the 5-day interactive training course in post-Christmas Lviv in January 2022. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet with representatives of leading IT companies and the creative class, as well as take a professional orientation test by Harrison Assessments.
One of the initiators and speakers of the non-academic training program "Talent Hub" is Volodymyr Tsoy, President of MTI Group.
"Supporting Ukrainian education has been a key area of corporate social responsibility for MTI Group for many years. A developed and successful state begins with the school desk. It is the pursuit of learning and knowledge, creative thinking, and self-realization that is the key to a worthy future. I am convinced that the people responsible for quality changes at any level, and that is why I see my contribution to the country's development through investments in young talents. Together, we can bring even closer to the realization of our mission — creating the intellectual foundation for a strong and innovative state," said Volodymyr Tsoy, President of MTI Group.
