🎙In an interview for NV, Serhii Yakovliev, Commercial Director of MTI hi-tech distribution (part of MTI Group), shares what inspires people and gives them the strength to stay with the company for more than three decades.

He joined the company at a time when Ukraine’s IT market barely existed. Together with MTI, he has been through it all: the karbovanets, the introduction of the hryvnia, market transformations, periods of growth and crisis, COVID-19, the full-scale invasion, and even a missile strike that destroyed the company’s office.
