On 7-8th of July 2023, a seminar "Leadership and values in the midst of modern turbulence" was held in the Kyiv region for business executives that are a part of the MTI Group.

- During the event, the challenges that Ukrainian businesses are facing in modern conditions, in particular, large corporations and their leadership in wartime, were discussed.
During the dialogues, the participants immersed themselves in the historical features of the definition of citizenship and discussed development scenarios and the search for resources for the long-term sustainability of a civil nation.

Nowadays, businesses in Ukraine are faced with a number of problems that they need to be prepared for and they need to learn how to overcome them. In particular: shortage of personnel due to migration and emigration of the population, loss of assets due to military operations, geopolitical and demographic challenges, changes in the tax system, corruption, the impact of traumatic experience on the stability of the work of teams, the creation of safe environment for long-term work, training and health, digitalization, the spread of artificial intelligence, etc.

- A separate aspect of the seminar was designated for defining the dimensions of justice, namely transitional justice.

At the end of the event, the participants shared their views on the post-war revival, the prerequisites for a sustainable peace and the economic development of Ukraine.

The seminar was moderated by Yevgen Lemberg, the Head of the Arikol Board of Companies and Denis Poltavets, Program Development Director of the Aspen Institute Kyiv.
