Pandora has officially opened the doors to Ukraine’s first Evoke 2.0 concept store. The Evoke concept redefines the jewelry shopping experience, focusing on personalization while staying true to the brand’s DNA. First introduced in 2021 in Milan and London, the concept has undergone extensive testing, demonstrating significant advantages, including higher conversion rates (CR) and improved Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics.

The first store in Ukraine to adopt this new concept is one of Pandora’s flagship locations in Kyiv’s Lavina Mall. The main highlight of the revamped space is its meticulously planned zoning, allowing customers to navigate intuitively, explore different categories and collections, and immerse themselves in the world of Pandora.

 

Pandora is a leading brand in the gift-giving category, and the upgraded store offers engraving services and special gift packaging. For customers who already own Pandora jewelry, the store also provides ultrasonic cleaning services.

Grand Opening Event

To celebrate the opening, Pandora hosted a special presentation, inviting brand friends, influencers, stylists, and media representatives. Guests had the opportunity to experience the new shopping journey firsthand by selecting their own special Pandora piece.
