MTI Group. 35 Years of Growth and Trust

For three and a half decades, MTI Group has been developing businesses built for the long term — and today we mark our 35th anniversary.

Thirty-five years represent a story of trust — not formed overnight, but built step by step alongside the country, the market, and the people. Like a system composed of many elements: consistent quality, transparent processes, and responsibility for every decision.

For us, responsibility to our partners is the foundation of cooperation. We always make decisions with an understanding of how they will perform years from now. That is how trust is built,” notes Volodymyr Tsoi, President of MTI Group.

Today, Group of companies MTI Group is a diversified business operating in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan, bringing together companies in retail, information and communication technologies, and logistics into a unified ecosystem. At its core are a systematic approach, strategic thinking, and long-term partnerships.

The Group’s businesses consistently invest in expertise and technology. This enables the implementation of innovative solutions across various segments — from retail to hi-tech and logistics — while maintaining stable quality for customers and partners.

MTI’s activities as a distributor of hi-tech equipment began with electronics supermarkets, and today the company cooperates with more than 80 global manufacturers. TECHNOGARD works with specialized anti-theft and security solutions. MTI-SERVICE performs 55% of Samsung device repairs in Kyiv and also services Motorola smartphones and Sony PlayStation equipment under exclusive contracts. OCTOPUS CYBER SERVICES delivers IT solutions based on leading global technologies.

In retail, the Group’s businesses consistently develop digital channels and introduce new services. INTERTOP has been investing in e-commerce since 2011: an online platform, a fashion marketplace, and a mobile application (over 4 million downloads). AMADEO (the official Pandora distributor in Ukraine) introduces new services in the jewelry segment, including engraving. PROTORIA manages the Samsung Experience Store (SES) network in Ukraine, accounting for approximately 40% of sales of new Samsung flagship models in the country. DENKA LOGISTICS operates a highly automated warehouse complex and provides fulfillment services for online stores.

We are not afraid to update our approaches, launch new directions, or change form — this is what allows our solutions to remain relevant for years,” emphasizes Serhii Bashlakov, Vice President of MTI Group.

Responsibility to the country is also an integral part of our philosophy. In 2025, MTI Group’s businesses paid UAH 3.6 billion in taxes, reaffirming their status as a reliable and responsible business. In addition, Group of companies MTI Group allocated UAH 145 million to charitable projects and initiatives during 2022–2025.

The anniversary year has become a point of brand renewal for the Group. The new logo, colors, and visual identity embody logic, space, and a sense of system. Every day we work on solutions whose quality is proven by time, while also looking to the future. Our appearance evolves — yet our essence remains unchanged.

We continue to develop a system of businesses trusted by customers and partners. Ahead lie new challenges and opportunities, but the foundation laid 35 years ago remains unchanged — growth and trust.
