The editorial team of Vlast Deneg magazine has released a ranking of Ukraine’s best employers. Among the top 25 companies is omni-fashion retailer INTERTOP, a member of the MTI Group.

The ranking includes both Ukrainian-owned companies and subsidiaries of international corporations from various industries, such as agribusiness and consulting, FMCG and manufacturing, retail, telecom, and IT. Experts evaluated companies based on their positioning in the labor market, financial stability, corporate social responsibility programs, and the availability of educational initiatives for employee development.

This year, particular attention was given to companies that maintained their workforce and salary levels while successfully navigating the challenges of the pandemic. However, the ranking traditionally prioritizes overall employment conditions, the company’s care for its employees, and opportunities for professional and career growth. Additionally, HR strategies and policies were key factors in the evaluation.
