Jewelry brand Pandora has launched a new service – jewelry engraving. This new feature unlocks unlimited personalization possibilities, allowing customers not only to choose from pre-designed options but also to create their own unique designs. The engraving is performed using a specialized device installed in the store.

To get an engraving, customers simply need to select a piece of jewelry, design it on a tablet, and watch the process unfold.
"The engraving service is a long-awaited addition for our customers in Ukraine. Now, everyone can create truly special jewelry for themselves and their loved ones—pieces that will hold the most cherished moments of our hearts," says Valeriia Rusanenko, Marketing Director of Pandora Ukraine.

The launch presentation of the new service took place at the Pandora store in Respublika Park Mall, Kyiv. Among the invited guests were influencers, media partners, and friends of the brand. Event attendees had the exclusive opportunity to be among the first to experience the engraving service and create personalized jewelry.

As of today, the engraving service is available at Pandora stores in Respublika Park Mall and River Mall in Kyiv. Updates on additional store locations offering this service will be available at e-pandora.ua.
